Peeled green peas, halved
A versatile legume - peeled green peas are a classic for stews and soups. No soaking required, short cooking time.
For a hearty meal. For soups, pastries, risotto, spreads, salads, stews and as a side dish.
Ingredients: Peas* peeled green
*from controlled organic production
Preparation: No soaking required. Rinse under running water. Bring 1 cup of green peas to a boil with 3 cups of water. Cover and simmer for approx. 30 to 40 minutes on low heat. After cooking, add salt.
Store in a cool, dry place.
