This lesser-known spice blend deserves all the more attention because it contains only the best spices. The name Ras el Hanout itself, which translates to “the top of the shop”, i.e. the best that a merchant can offer, is proof of this. Ras el Hanout has a slightly spicy taste. It is a North African blend that goes well with all meat and vegetable dishes, legumes, rice or couscous, and soups. WE ROAST AND GRINDE THE SPICES OURSELVES. None of our blends CONTAIN salt. You will find a pure dose of spices in each bag. Storage: Store out of direct sunlight at a temperature of up to 23°C. Once opened, use within 30 days. Store in a dry place and close the bag tightly after each use.
