Product detailed description

A delicate and easily spreadable mixture of red and black currants made from pureed fruits without pieces or seeds. Red currants give the preserve a naturally sour taste, and black currants give it its typical aroma and darker color. The preserve is made from 50% fruit, then just a little sugar, lemon juice and citrus pectin. It is excellent for baking, sweetening porridge, but its color and flavor stand out perfectly when gluing sweets or decorating desserts. Pork gelatin was not used in the production, making the product suitable for vegans.
