Beans ideal for Mexican cuisine, where we will use more pronounced seasoning. Add basil, marjoram or thyme.
One of the most famous varieties of beans, the basic ingredient of the traditional Mexican dish Chilli con carne. After cooking, these beans have a slightly sweet taste and a firm consistency. They can also be used in vegetable salads.

red kidney beans. May contain traces of gluten.

Preparation instructions:

Take the beans and soak them in advance, for at least 10-12 hours. Drain the water and cook in another water. The cooking time is variable, about 1 hour and depends on the age of the seeds. Do not stir while cooking, just shake the container. Collect the foam and salt the beans only after cooking.

Storage:

Store at a temperature of up to 25°C, in the shade and with a relative humidity of up to 70%.
