After peeling the brown-red skin, this lentil has a red color, during cooking its color changes to dark yellow. Red lentils are a very popular legume, they do not need to be soaked before cooking. They are cooked very quickly, and because they do not have a skin, they are also easily digestible.

Ingredients:

Fine-grained lentils. May contain traces of gluten.

Preparation instructions:

Take the lentils, rinse them, put them in a pot of cold water, bring to the boil and cook under the lid for about 10 - 15 minutes until soft. Add salt only after cooking.

Storage:

Store at a temperature of up to 25°C, in the shade and with a relative humidity of up to 70%.
