A dry red wine with a fresh fruity taste, a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. What is exceptional about this wine is that it has not been sulfurized. It is therefore ideal for asthmatics and allergy sufferers, but also for those who get a headache after normal wine (which can be caused by sulfites). However, because it does not contain sulfites, this wine is not suitable for archiving. It is ideal to drink it young. After opening, we recommend consuming the wine as soon as possible, if you want to keep it until the next day, then preferably in the refrigerator. Bentonite is used for clarification and diatomaceous earth for filtration, and the wine is therefore also suitable for vegans.
