Reishi helps build and maintain our body's natural defenses, strengthen our immune system, contribute to the normal function of the circulatory system, and also to maintaining normal blood cholesterol levels. Reishi was grown in the Chinese province of Guangdong, which is considered the area with the best environmental conditions in China. To be absolutely sure of its quality, it was tested in the Czech Republic for the presence of microorganisms and heavy metals. Dosage: take 2-3 capsules daily, 5 days a week and 2 days off or 3 weeks and a week off. Usage: 20 minutes before meals, drink with still water or tea; the powder can be poured from the capsule into a drink and drunk (the powder has a bitter taste) 1 capsule - 300mg, HPMC capsule, total 30g
