Rillettes is a meat spread made from pork that is confit in lard until it basically falls apart. The recipe comes from around Le Mans in France. It is very delicate and absolutely delicious. It will taste just as great spread on a slice of our dark bread as it does on a fresh baguette. Store between 0 and +25°C. After opening, store at 7°C and consume within 2 days.Nutritional values
