Rice for risotto white

This delicately aromatic rice remains fluffy and soft when cooked. Enjoy it in risotto, vegetable mixtures or as a sweet rice porridge.

Ingredients: white round rice *

Preparation: Rinse the rice with water and place in twice as much boiling water. Bring to a boil, mix well and reduce the heat to the lowest setting. Let it cook for 15-20 minutes in a covered pot.
