BIO roasted coffee beans Zdravý den® come from Peru from the Chanchamayo region in the heart of the rainforest. It is 100% Arabica coffee of the Typica, yellow and red Bourbon, Cattura and Pache varieties. Coffee bushes grow at an altitude of 1400m to 1900m above sea level in the shade of large rainforest trees with respect for the environment and the original landscape. They are grown according to the rules of organic farming. CZ-BIO-002

Due to the high altitude, the coffee berries (cherries) ripen slowly. This creates a fragrant, diverse coffee with a pleasant taste with a hint of flowers, almonds and hazelnuts that stays in the mouth for a long time. To maintain high quality and maximum taste, ripe coffee cherries are harvested by hand and processed using the so-called wet method at the harvest site.

Recommended use: For 1 serving (100ml) use at least 2 level teaspoons (approx. 7g) of ground coffee. Pour hot water over the coffee with an optimal temperature of around 90°C.
