This high-quality, hand-picked rooibos comes from small plantations in the Cederberg Mountains in the Western Cape. It has an earthy and fruity taste, although not as pronounced as red rooibos. Green rooibos is not fermented after harvest, which is why it retains its natural color and milder taste. Rooibos comes from South Africa and has been used there since ancient times. It is known for its beneficial effects on the body. It is often nicknamed "red gold". Its name actually consists of two words "rooi" and "bos", which means "red bush". Rooibos does not contain caffeine and can therefore be enjoyed at any time of the day.

For teas in general, ecological origin is very important. This is a food that we consume without rinsing, and all pesticide residues used in conventional cultivation remain in the tea and can pass into the infusion.
