Spelt fans with milk chocolate
Fans made from butter puff pastry with a pinch of cinnamon, half dipped in milk chocolate.
For proper storage of counter goods, 16 - 22 °C is ideal.
An opened box has a shelf life of 1 to 4 weeks.
Products that are fragile are packaged in layers under a protective atmosphere. This means that only one layer is open at a time, the other layers remain protected.
