Ingredients: Sushi rice. Preparation instructions: 1.3 l of water per 1 kg of rice. Cook the rice under a lid or use a rice cooker. Cook until the water evaporates, then let it rest for 10 minutes and pour it into a non-metallic container, where it is mixed with sushi vinegar. Use approximately 1 dcl of vinegar per 1 kg of rice.
