Product detailed description
This regional specialty is prepared exclusively in the northern Italian province of Modena. It is made by fermenting the juice of selected organic grape varieties (Trebbiano, Lambrusco and other local varieties). During subsequent maturation in wooden barrels, it acquires its characteristic aroma and unrivaled bouquet, which is determined by the harmonious balance of sweet and sour. Balsamic vinegar is excellent in salads, marinades and vegetable dishes. Tomatoes with mozzarella and fresh basil, drizzled with olive oil and balsamic vinegar are delicious.
