Excellent non-carbonated, unpasteurized beer produced in the Trojan family brewery 10 km beyond the Czech border. Without added sugar and hop extracts.
Rye beer was common until the 15th century, but then adding rye to beer was prohibited by law. Now you have the opportunity to rediscover this beer specialty. Top-fermented, unpasteurized rye beer is characterized by slightly fruity tones at first and then a full, long-lasting taste. Made from local ingredients and groundwater from the peat bogs of the Hochmoor National Park.

COUNTRY OF ORIGIN: Austria
INGREDIENTS: water, rye malt*, barley malt*, hops* and yeast. Ingredients with * come from controlled organic farming.
ALLERGY WARNING: The product contains gluten and does not contain traces of other allergens.
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 5.2% vol.
NAME AND STORAGE: Full top-fermented light rye beer, unpasteurized. Protect from heat.
