Rye bread 500 g BIO PEMA

PEMA rye bread is produced by a traditional German producer of whole grain rye bread located just across the Czech border on the German side of Smrčine. This bread is unique in that it is made from cereals purchased from local growers based on long-term relationships. The rye is pre-soaked and then ground, which activates the grain. Thanks to the use of activated grain, our own sourdough, lower baking temperature and therefore twice the baking time (compared to the standard industrial process), PEMA brand bread tastes great, is better digestible and stays fresh longer than similar products made from scraps and baked using a standard industrial process.
