Rye bread with flaxseed 500 g BIO PEMA

PEMA rye bread is produced by a traditional German producer of whole grain rye bread based just across the Czech border on the German side of Smrčin. This bread is exceptional in that it is made from cereals purchased from local growers based on long-term relationships. The rye is pre-soaked and then ground, which activates the grain. Thanks to the use of activated grain, its own sourdough, lower baking temperature and therefore twice the baking time (compared to the usual industrial process), PEMA bread tastes great, is better digestible and stays fresh longer than similar products made from scraps and baked using a standard industrial process. The bread is enriched with 5% flaxseed.
