Shea butter soap milk and honey

Savon du Midi shea butter soaps are made in Provence, France. The production of soap from vegetable oils has a long tradition in the Mediterranean. Its main focus in the south of France is Marseille and Provence. Only vegetable oils from controlled organic cultivation are used in the saponification process to produce soap. After saponification, shea butter is added during the final processing and, depending on the variety, honey, perfume or essential oil. Our soaps are made with traditional expertise in the Provençal tradition of soap making. This predominantly artisanal production method is reflected in the quality of the gentle and nourishing soap. None of the soaps use animal fats.
