A Swedish classic rich in fiber. This bread is a great alternative to normal pastries. It goes great with both sweet and savory dishes, with spreads or dips. It is low-fat, gluten-free, lactose-free and high in fiber.
Ingredients: Gluten-free oat flour 23%, rice flour, rice semolina, potato starch, corn starch, sunflower oil, gluten-free oatmeal 4%, yeast, sugar, sugar beet fiber, thickener: carboxymethyl cellulose, guar gum; invert sugar, raising agent: sodium bicarbonate; iodized salt (salt, potassium iodide), emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids.
