Potato gnocchi without wheat. Small, quickly prepared gnocchi are gluten-free and taste great with tomato, meat, cream and vegetable sauces. The contents of the package are enough for 2 servings.
Ingredients: Rehydrated potato flakes (85%) (water, potatoes, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, stabilizer: sodium diphosphate, antioxidant: ascorbyl palmitate), rice flour, potato starch, salt, acidity regulator: lactic acid, preservative: sorbic acid.
Preparation: 300 g of gnocchi is enough for 2 servings. Cook the gnocchi in 2 liters of lightly salted water for about 2 minutes.
Store in a dry place at room temperature.
After opening, store in the refrigerator and consume within 3 days.
