Specially developed for people with gluten sensitivity. Does not contain gluten, wheat, lactose, milk, eggs and preservatives.

Ingredients: corn starch, rice flour, sourdough (rice flour, drinking water) 14%, water, potato flour, rice starch, corn flour, glucose syrup, yeast, thickener: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose; dextrose, extra virgin olive oil 1.6%, sunflower oil, vegetable fiber (psyllium), iodized salt (table salt, potassium iodide), ethyl alcohol, soy protein, raising agents: glucono-delta-lactone, sodium bicarbonate; acidity regulator: tartaric acid, citric acid.

Preparation: Bake in a preheated oven at 210°C for 8-10 minutes with top and bottom baking.

Store in a dry place at room temperature.
