This bread is unique in its aroma and flavor of cranberries. It contains dark sourdough, cranberries and quinoa. It is gluten-free, wheat-free, lactose-free and contains no preservatives.

Ingredients: Water, potato starch, corn starch, sourdough 11% (rice flour, water), sorghum flour, corn flour, vegetable fiber (psyllium), flax flour 3.8%, sugar beet syrup, sunflower oil, quinoa flour, sugar, thickener: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; cranberry compote (cranberries, sugar, thickener: pectin; acidifier: citric acid), cranberry syrup 1.5% (cranberry juice concentrate, sugar, acidifier: citric acid), yeast, salt, chestnut flour, natural flavor.

Store in a dry place at room temperature.
After opening, reseal the package and consume the bread within a few days or freeze it immediately.
