Vegan cream in the style of mascarpone

This thick alternative to the Italian mascarpone cream can be used as its "classic" version. It is suitable for no-bake desserts such as tiramisu, cheesecake, but also for cooking. It is made from purely plant-based ingredients, contains 25% coconut fat. It can be whipped and holds its shape beautifully. Vegan mascarpone has a creamy taste with a subtle lemony hint.

Ingredients:water, hydrogenated coconut fat (17%), coconut fat (8%), potato starch, maltodextrin, rice powder (dried rice syrup, rice starch, rice flour), potato protein, thickener from carob, mono and diglycerides of fatty acids of edible fats, flavor, citric acid
