Se Chung China is a delicious oolong tea originating from the Chinese province of Fujian. The infusion is light green to green in color with a grassy, subtly floral flavor and a sweet aftertaste. It is suitable for drinking all day long. The infusion is deep and full, amber in color.

Oolong tea is a semi-fermented tea that has undergone partial oxidation. It can be said that it is a tea that has remained halfway between black and green tea. Oolong has retained the best of both types of tea. Oolong teas are characterized by their sweetness and complexity of the flavor structure.

The Chinese tea plant acts as an antioxidant and supports physical and mental activity. Drinking tea is suitable for maintaining healthy teeth, supports bone and skin condition. It is recommended for weight control, is able to normalize blood glucose levels and fat metabolism. Supports normal heart health.

Recommended preparation:
Put three teaspoons (9 g) of tea in a teapot and pour 500 ml of water at a temperature of 70 °C. Let it steep for 2–3 minutes. Up to three infusions can be prepared from this tea, but the grassy taste disappears after the second one. With each subsequent infusion, extend the steeping time by approximately 90 seconds. We recommend experimenting with the steeping time.
