Sea buckthorn, lat. Hippophae rhamnoides is a dioecious shrub growing up to 6 m tall. It was known in ancient times and traditionally used in phytotherapy in Russia, Siberia and some parts of China. The fruits are harvested from August to October. Fruits are oblong orange balls around thorny branches.
The high content of active substances makes sea buckthorn predispose to supporting the immune system, contributes to the body's natural defenses. Sea buckthorn is suitable for all busy people - athletes, children, the elderly - and even for long-term use. The effect of sea buckthorn on the digestive system is described quite accurately. It contributes to maintaining normal functions of the cardiovascular system. In phytotherapy, it is also used as a remedy beneficial for normal skin health.
Recommended dosage: We take 2 capsules 2 times a day, 20 min. before meals.
Ingredients: 100% Hippophae rhamnoides fructus, 300 mg/capsule. Capsule shell HPMC (hypromellose). The capsules are of plant origin, suitable for vegetarians or vegans.
Warning: Do not serve as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a safe place out of the reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Store in a dark and dry place.
