Kombu seaweed (lat. Laminaria japonica) is a traditional part of Japanese cuisine. It has an unmistakable sea taste and aroma. Seaweed is commonly used like any other common vegetable. However, compared to common vegetables, it contains many times more substances.

Kombu seaweed supports the body's natural defenses - the immune system, supports normal digestion, and contributes to cleansing the body.

Kombu seaweed should be included in the diet in small quantities.

Use: For better utilization of the substances, we must boil the seaweed until it softens. We add it to soups, legumes or salads
