Young sprouting plants are rich in vitamins, enzymes, amino acids, minerals and trace elements. The mixture contains specially selected types of seeds that complement each other in their properties, ensure a balanced ratio of nutrients and have similar care requirements during germination.

Ingredients: Seeds of Raab broccoli (Brassica Rapa Cymosa), Chinese pink radish (Raphanus Sativus), clover (Trifolium spp) from organic farming.
Recommended use: Use to decorate pastries, soups, in vegetable or pasta salads. You can also use them to prepare fresh homemade vegetable juice. Best eaten raw to preserve all nutrients.
Preparation instructions:
Soaking time: 8-12 hours
Sprouting time: 4-6 days
Ideal temperature: approx. 20°C
Rinse with water: 2-3 times a day
Harvest at size: 2.5-5cm
Rinse with water before consumption. Sprouts can be stored for 1-2 weeks in the refrigerator. Store in a dry and cool place.
