3 BIO Zdravý den® seed mixture intended for year-round germination. A mixture of fresh and high-quality legumes and vegetables sprouts suitable for direct consumption or as an ingredient in various dishes.

Ingredients: Chickpea seeds (Cizer arietinum), lentils (Lenz esculenta), fenugreek (Trigonella foenumgraecum) from organic farming.
Recommended use: For decorating pastries, soups, vegetable or pasta salads. Best eaten raw to preserve all nutrients.
Preparation instructions:
Soaking time: 8-12 hours
Germination time: 4-6 days
Ideal temperature: approx. 20 °C
Rinse with water: 2-3 times a day
Harvest at size: 1-5 cm
Rinse with water before consumption. Sprouts can be stored in the refrigerator for 1-2 weeks.
