Glossy mushroom is a mushroom that grows up to 30 cm in size. The fruiting body of the annual mushroom is distinctly shiny, corky, flat, and resembles a fan or kidney in shape. It grows on the trunks or stumps of deciduous trees. Glossy mushroom is a very popular mushroom in traditional Chinese medicine; in earlier times, its use was only the privilege of emperors, who used it as an elixir of youth.

It is suitable for supporting natural defenses - the immune system, has an effect on blood cholesterol levels and is beneficial for the circulatory system.

Instructions for preparation and dosage:
Pour 250 ml of boiling water over one infusion bag. Cover with a lid and let it steep to a temperature suitable for drinking. To increase the effect, you can boil it briefly. Take 2 times a day.
