Fermented turmeric juice - or turmeric shot - consists only of fresh turmeric juice, sweetened with concentrated apple juice, and lemon juice provides a vitamin boost. The rest is taken care of by probiotic cultures (good bacteria), which enhance the taste and enrich the drink with lactobacilli and lactic acid. Thanks to fermentation, the juice retains its freshness, which is why it does not need to be pasteurized. Turmeric is also known for its anti-inflammatory and antiseptic effects and digestive support, it is not for nothing that it is called liquid gold.
