White birch is a tree characterized by its white bark pigment. It belongs to the birch family (Betulaceae) and is the most valuable species of birch in Europe. It is planted for the purpose of reclamation of deforested areas, it is not demanding on soil. It is a relatively fast-growing tree, the advantage of its wood is the fact that it burns even when wet.

For phytotherapeutic purposes, the leaf is collected, which has a diuretic effect and is used to support the health of the lower urinary tract and kidneys. It affects the level of cholesterol in the blood. Birch has a positive effect on our joints and maintains their normal health. The use of white birch is recommended to support and maintain normal digestive function, it is used for detoxification.

Recommended dosage: We take 3 capsules 2 times a day, 20 min. before meals.

Ingredients: 100% Betula pendula, 300 mg/capsule, capsule shell HPMC (hypermellose). The capsules are of plant origin, also suitable for vegetarians or vegans.

Warning: Does not serve as a substitute for a varied diet. Not suitable for children under three years of age, pregnant and lactating women. Store in a safe place out of the reach of children. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Store in a dark and dry place.
