Smoked salt is a seasoning that gives dishes a strong>smoky aroma. It perfectly diversifies and refines the taste of dishes with the aroma of a summer fire. It is suitable for preparing all types of dishes, especially meat, sausages and smoked products. It can be used to coat meat before smoking. The dish will then retain its smoked aroma for a longer time after smoking.
Ingredients: Salt (max. 98%), aroma, sugar, E150d (caramel), spices (paprika).
Use:
To season dishes such as fried eggs, steaks, French fries, vegetables, cabbage soup. It can replace bacon or smoked meat. We recommend adding it just before the end of cooking to give the dish an unmistakable smoky aroma and taste.
Storage: Keep dry and tightly closed.
