Herzige Marie semi-hard cheese

After being produced with a lot of craftsmanship, care and love, it is matured for 4 months on spruce wood boards. The maturation period gives it an aromatic and spicy taste. The crimson coating is made from red color pigments that occur in natural mineral soil.
