Vemoherb Solidago contains a dry standardized extract from the aerial part of the plant Solidago vigaurea (Goldenwort). It contains a very wide spectrum of biologically active substances – flavonoids rutin, quercetin and kaempferol, astragalin glycosides and rutoside, saponins, phenolic compounds, essential oils, terpenes, anthocyanidins and others. These substances create a very effective synergistic mixture aimed at supporting the kidneys, urinary system, removing excess water from the body and other areas.

 

The main substances in the extract are the mentioned flavonoids, whose properties it is related to the excretion of sodium ions from the body and thus also to the process of urine formation, removal of excess water from the body, excretion of waste substances.

 

 

 

Goldenrod is a plant with a long tradition in folk medicine. It is found in many places in the Northern Hemisphere, and the content of biologically active substances varies according to the region where the plant is harvested, as well as according to the time of collection. Europe is the region where Zlatobyl with the highest content of biologically active substances grows due to the suitable combination of environment and climate. It also depends a lot on the time of collection – the content of biologically active substances is typically highest in June and September. Solidago VemoHerb comes from Bulgaria - the Bulgarian Zlatobyl is among the European offshoots of the plant with the highest content of active substances (specifically, rutin, one of the many active substances, is guaranteed to contain 7.5%).
