Sweet potato burger

Burger with sweet potatoes, crispy buckwheat, pumpkin seeds and arugula

Ingredients: sweet potatoes* (15%), corn grits* (15%), potatoes* (13%), bell pepper* (12%), buckwheat* (10%), carrots*, Hokkaido pumpkin*, pumpkin seeds* (4%), arugula* (4%), onion*, tapioca starch*, sunflower oil*, coriander*, salt, spices*

May contain traces of gluten, mustard, sesame, soy, cashews, almonds and nuts.

Preparation: Fry in a pan with a little fat on both sides over a low flame/level for about 4 - 6 minutes or bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C for about 10 minutes.
