Organic Chinese-style spring rolls with fresh sprouts and ginger

Ingredients:Filling: white cabbage* (29%), carrots* (14%), mung bean sprouts* (8%), tofu* (water, soybeans*, firming agent: nigari), potato flakes*, leek* (3%), soy sauce* shoyu (water, soybeans*, wheat*, sea salt), SESAME*, spices*, salt; Dough: water, WHEAT FLOUR*, sunflower oil*, salt
*from controlled organic production

Preparation: Fry in a pan with a little fat on both sides over a low flame/level for about 4 - 6 minutes or bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C for about 10 minutes.
