Mini China Spring Rolls

Mini rolls with a filling of white cabbage, carrot, leek, with crispy mung bean sprouts, tofu and harmoniously typical ginger spices.

Ingredients:Filling: white cabbage* (28%), mung bean sprouts* (10%), carrot* (10%), tofu* (water, soybeans*, stiffener: nigari), leek* (4%), potato flakes*, soy sauce* Shoyu (water, soybeans*, wheat*, sea salt), SESAME*, salt, spices* Dough: water, WHEAT FLOUR*, sunflower oil*, salt
*from controlled organic production

Preparation: Fry in a pan with a small amount of fat on both sides over a low flame/level for about 4 - 6 minutes or bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C for about 10 minutes.
