Mini Thai Spring Rolls
Mini Thai-style spring rolls with vegetable filling with sprouts and chili
Ingredients:Filling: white cabbage* (20%), mung bean sprouts* (12%), carrots* (12%), tofu* (water, soybeans*, stiffener: nigari), red pepper* (4%), dried red pepper*, Asian noodles* (WHEAT FLOUR*, DURUM WHEAT SEMOLINA*), DRIED ONION*, POTATO FLAKES*, SOY SAUCE* Shoyu (water, soybeans*, wheat*, sea salt), onion* (1%), coriander*, salt, lemon juice*, spices*, lemon granulate*, dried onion* Dough: water, WHEAT FLOUR*, sunflower oil*, salt

Preparation: Fry in a pan with a small amount of fat on both sides over a low flame/level for about 4 - 6 minutes or bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C for about 10 minutes.
