Usage: Spicy salt is suitable for adding salt to grilled meat, vegetables and instant noodles. It can also be used to season ready-made dishes, adding a touch of spice.
Spicy steaks – we need:
- 2 beef steaks;
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil;
- peppercorn sea salt to taste.
Procedure:Take the steaks out of the fridge well in advance so that they reach room temperature. Brush them with olive oil and sprinkle with the spice mixture. Let the steaks, seasoned in this way, rest for 5–10 minutes. Then prepare them on a hot grill. Grill for about 5 minutes on each side – depending on the degree of doneness you prefer. After cooking, let the steaks rest for about 5 minutes on a plate. Then serve with vegetables or pastries.
Storage: Keep dry and close carefully.
