Amarant flakes, gluten-free

Gluten-free amaranth flakes are produced with the greatest care in our own flake mill. Amaranth is a valuable source of protein and has a delicately nutty taste. Amaranth comes from the Demeter smallholder farmers' initiative in northern India. You can enjoy the flakes without cooking or soaking. Simply mix with yoghurt, milk, plant-based alternatives or juice and enjoy hot or cold.
Finish with fresh fruit, dried fruit, nut butter, jam, honey or spices as desired.
