Basmati rice
It is grown on small farms in the Indian province of Taraori at the foot of the Himalayas. After harvesting, it is cleaned and peeled. The so-called silver skin is then polished. Enjoy the rice as a side dish to Asian dishes, rice dishes or curry dishes.

Preparation: Wash the rice before cooking. Bring 1 cup of rice to a boil with 1.5 cups of lightly salted water, then cover and cook for 10-15 minutes.
