Small Oatmeal

The oats for these flakes are kept free of contamination with gluten-containing cereals both during cultivation and processing. The flakes are therefore suitable for a gluten-free diet for celiac disease. Oatmeal is made by crushing the whole grain, steaming it and then rolling it into a beautiful flake. This way, all the components of the whole grain are preserved.

These oatmeals can be consumed without boiling or soaking. You can use it in porridge, yogurt, muesli, desserts or baking.
