The freshwater algae Spirulina contains essential amino acids and is a rich source of protein and chlorophyll. The proteins in Spirulina support the growth and maintenance of muscle mass and the maintenance of healthy bones. Iron and vitamin B12 contained in Spirulina support the formation of red blood cells, normal function of the immune system and energy metabolism and contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin B12 also contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system, mental activity and the maintenance of normal homocysteine metabolism. Vitamin B2 supports the normal state of vision, skin and mucous membranes, and contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Ingredients:

100% spirulina algae (arthrospira platensis) in organic quality. BioSpirulina does not contain any preservatives or dyes. The tablets are compressed under pressure without binders.

Recommended dosage:

2-5 tablets 2 times a day, 15 minutes before meals, with a glass of water. The information is valid for taking 10 tablets per day (5 g).

It is not a substitute for a varied diet. Not intended for children under 3 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
