BIO spirulina Zdravý den® in powder. Spirulina is a freshwater algae that is grown using proper procedures and water quality. These are always gentle processes that preserve all the active substances contained in the algae.

Spirulina acts as an antioxidant. It helps maintain normal blood sugar levels, the natural defenses of the immune system and control body weight. It supports human vitality. Spirulina is suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Usage: mix the powder in water, fruit or vegetable juice. Another option is to add spirulina to yogurts, porridges, cocktails or other cold food.

Recommended dosage: 1-2 teaspoons per day (i.e. 2-4g). Start with a smaller amount and gradually increase the dose over 14 days.
