We produce Green Apotheke spreads for you according to our own original recipes, in small batches and with a large proportion of handwork. They are based on vegetables, seeds and spices, without the use of additives or preservatives.
Spread with olives, tomatoes and the famous spicy Italian spices. It is suitable for vegans.

Classification:

Gluten-free vegetable spread, pasteurized.



Ingredients:

Tomato concentrate, sunflower seeds, sterilized tomatoes, onion, lemon juice, olives (7.05%), olive oil, apple juice concentrate, water, vinegar, garlic, salt, thyme, peperoncini (0.07%). May contain traces of soy, peanuts and celery.

Usage:

Spread directly on bread, or add plant-based yogurt or cream to create a dip or dressing.

Storage:

Store at temperatures up to 25°C, away from direct sunlight. After opening, keep refrigerated (5° to 8°C) and consume within three days.

Nutritional information per 100 g of product:

Energy value 900 kJ/ 215 kcal, fat 16.8 g (of which saturated fatty acids 1.6 g), carbohydrates 9.6 g (of which sugars 6.2 g), protein 5.7 g, salt 0.96 g.
