We produce Green Apotheke spreads for you according to our own original recipes, in small batches and with a large proportion of handwork. They are based on vegetables, seeds and spices, without the use of additives or preservatives.
A spread full of vegetables and spices designed for those who like things a little spicy. It is suitable for vegans.

Classification:

Gluten-free, pasteurized plant-based spread.



Ingredients:

sunflower seeds, cooked quinoa, onion, carrot (10%), celery (10%), parsley (10%), lemon juice, sunflower oil, apple juice concentrate, vinegar, water, salt, cayenne pepper, turmeric (0.3%), marjoram, garlic, pepper, allspice. May contain traces of soy, peanuts and sesame.

Usage:

Spread directly on bread, or add plant-based yogurt or cream to create a dip or dressing.

Storage:

Store at temperatures up to 25°C, away from direct sunlight. After opening, keep refrigerated (5° to 8°C) and consume within three days.

Energy value 880 kJ/ 210 kcal, fat 17.2 g (of which saturated fatty acids 1.7 g), carbohydrates 11.3 g (of which sugars 8.0 g), fiber 9.5 g, protein 15.5 g, salt 0.96 g.
