The AF designation stands for Alcohol Free – a preparation with 0% alcohol content. Unique technology and multiple extraction were used in production. AF tinctures retain the maximum amount of active ingredients, taste and aroma of the herbs used.

St. John's wort is an annual herb growing up to 60 cm tall. It originates from Europe, and today it grows almost all over the world except for the Arctic regions.

St. John's wort has a beneficial effect on the mental state of a person. It contributes to improving mood, maintaining emotional balance and mental health. Promotes sleep and helps relaxation.

It has beneficial effects on digestion and contributes to the proper functioning of the gallbladder. It harmonizes respiratory health and the functions of the lower urinary tract and kidneys. It maintains normal function of the cardiovascular system, refreshes the body overall and supports the body's natural defenses. St. John's wort contributes to the normal course of the menstrual cycle.

The tincture does not contain any alcohol, dyes or sweeteners.

Traditional use: After shaking, take 25 drops 3 times a day. We recommend putting it in the mouth and letting it absorb through the mucous membranes. It can be taken with a small amount of water.
The recommended daily dose contains an extract equivalent to 836 mg of dried plant matter.

Ingredients: glycerol; water; Hypericum perforatum

Warning: Does not serve as a substitute for a varied diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Store in a safe place out of the reach of children. Store in a dark, dry place and close tightly! St. John's wort can cause photosensitization.
