Sterilized white beans 400 g BIO RAPUNZEL

White cannellini beans in brine are suitable for quick and easy preparation of dishes. They are excellent in soups, vegetable and meat mixtures and salads. They blend well and are therefore suitable as a base for various spreads and creams. Prepare quick beans in cream by frying the onion in oil, pouring in 400 ml of broth (water), adding 200 ml of cream with 2 tablespoons of flour and cooking. Add the beans and season with salt, pepper, sugar and lemon juice.
