Salvia Paradise® supplies nettle leaf, which is recommended in phytotherapy for supporting kidney function and eliminating water from the body. It is suitable for individuals suffering from the feeling of so-called heavy legs, from which it relieves, while also supporting normal activity of the vascular system.

Nettle helps overall body refreshment, supports vitality and energy.
It contributes to the normal function of the skin and maintains its natural appearance and health. Nettle is suitable for fighting dandruff (hair rinses or nettle shampoos are very well known).

Traditional use:
Pour one heaping teaspoon of dried nettle over 250 ml of hot water and steep briefly, then strain and drink. Take 3 times a day before meals, do not sweeten. Due to its strong effect on the kidneys, it is not recommended to use it for more than two weeks.

To rinse your hair, use five handfuls of dry matter, which we bring to a boil in 2.5 liters of water and boil for five minutes, then strain.
