76% raw vegetables, rock salt, spices. Then nothing more! Gentle, digestible, with a reduced salt content and at the same time intense in taste. Suitable for allergy sufferers and people with sensitive stomachs and intolerances. We do not use any additives, including those permitted in the organic sector! Regionality and naturalness mean more to us than just a trend. Respect for food and its producers plays an important role in our young society.

We avoid using any ingredients that do not belong in food (maltodextrin, corn starch, added sugar, yeast extract and much more), without added fats and oils and of course in the best organic quality.

The delicate vegetable broth cannot spoil microbiologically thanks to the added salt and can therefore be used long after the minimum shelf life has expired.

Also suitable for marinating, dressings, seasonings and much more!

Preparation: Pour 1 teaspoon (13 g) into 500 ml of boiling water. For a more pronounced taste, briefly fry in oil.

Ingredients: 76% raw vegetables in varying proportions (carrots, parsnips, parsley), rock salt, spices (laurel, turmeric, ginger, lovage, cumin, fenugreek, juniper, allspice, fennel, anise).
